This unique bar, lounge and restaurant located close to the Golden Landmark Hotel, covers new territory in Historic Kampong Glam. The creators focused on creating a unique space, which they succeeded in doing, perhaps at the cost of proper service. The food is typical East/West fusion with a pretty good rib-eye steak and an excellent salmon fillet. What really draws people to the Blu Jaz is their music, with live jazz, blues, and R&B most nights of the week.
