One of the area's oldest and less glitzy shopping complexes, Tanglin Shopping Center has four levels carrying merchandise that is far older. Singapore's largest collection of Asian antiques and antique maps is found here. In addition to its main specialty, the mall has a variety of tailors, eateries and shops selling exquisite Persian, Pakistani and Afghan carpets. The center also houses high end boutiques for watches and jewelery.
