This restaurant's slogan, "We Toss 'em, They're Awesome," pretty much says it all. The hand-tossed pizzas are available with a wide range of gourmet and specialty toppings and can be made with either a thin or thick crust. To round out the menu, try the salad bar, soups, sandwiches, pastas or wings. The restaurant features micro-brewed beers from Flagstaff's Beaver Street Brewery and California wines by the glass. The atmosphere is casual, the service efficient and the dining wares are disposable.
