Located within the Hilton Scottsdale Resort, lush leather banquettes and rich wood surroundings give this dining room a decidedly manly feel. But, ladies will find it elegant and inviting, as well. USDA Prime (of course) steaks, chops, poultry and seafood are given royal treatment and they should be, with the high-end prices here. Expect to pay extra for sides, too. But, all things considered, you will get your money's worth. Many wines by the glass, a well-thought-out vintage list and full bar service is available.
