Gourmet Magazine called it one of the top Phoenix/Scottsdale restaurants in recent years and, with one visit, you will understand why. A Mediterranean-inspired menu is served in the elegant surrounds of the recently revamped Royal Palms Hotel (one of the Valley's earliest resort properties). Using a wood-burning rotisserie oven, the kitchen creates such delicacies as Grilled Loin of Lamb with Roasted Eggplant, and a signature Mediterranean paella. Vegetarian dishes are available, as are breakfast and lunch, daily.
