At this self-described "unpretentious wine bar," you can peruse about 20 different tasting menus (flights) and punctuate your libations with some delightful snacks, too. Try the Roasted Red Pepper Panini (among other sandwiches), the Honey Glazed Upside-Down Cheesecake (among other desserts), or any of their flat breads, cheese trays and salads. Uncorked also offers beer (bottled or on tap), which, if you like, you can enjoy on the outdoor patio. Inside, Uncorked employs a color palette of rich, warm shades accented with candles, which makes it a great place to relax and chat with friends over delicious food and excellent wine. Look for half-price on every glass and flight on Mondays.

Located in the courtyard of two office buildings(you will have to look to find it), this is truly a Hidden Gem. The inside is very cozy. The patio is beautiful, facing a fountain(not a parking lot). The food is fantastic and the choice of wine is even better. Service is great and the prices(compared to other Scottsdale wine bars) are very affordable.
