On fine weather days it is best to relax by the poolside in Loews Ventana's Bill's Grill. Spicy, hot Sonoran Mexican fare consisting of burgers, wraps and beverages is on offer. It's open until sunset and a right spot to grab quick meals or snacks or satisfy your appetite after a dip in the resort's sparkling pool. This is a more casual diner as compared to The Ventana Room or the Flying V Bar & Grill, the fine dining options in Loews Canyon Resort. Open daily 11am onwards.
