Why not try the signature dishes of a place claiming unparalleled Southwestern American cuisine. So start with a Flying V Chopped Salad, both appetizing and quite filling. That's about it if you're in for a light dinner. For a heavier meal, try the platter, The Flying Saucer! It's a vegetarian platter with vegetable enchiladas, fried corn tortillas and there's a lot of color. A Hibiscus Cheese Cake is an enormous dessert if you're the adventurous types or sticking to the signature madness, go for The Flying V Chocolate Nacho Bar. Whether it's the lavender honey in the cake or white chocolate mousse in the Nacho bar, it's equally fattening; so forget about calories! They have a list of signature drinks as well which the polite waiting staff would be more than glad to suggest. That's a complete fine dining experience at The Flying V Bar & Grill at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort.
