Oh how the Wild West saloon has changed since the frontier was closed and rows of perfect little houses appeared where the deer and the antelope once played. At one time saloons were houses of sin where lawlessness held sway, and today they are community centers where people come to eat burgers and dance to the twang of Nashville. The Borderline Bar and Grill is a shining example of a modern saloon. The kitchen serves up classic American fare like burgers and ribs, while the stage is always packed with a wide array of music acts ranging from salsa to swing. For an added bit of authenticity, the entire interior is decked out with dusty wood and southwestern novelties. Be sure to check out their happy hour everyday from 4p to 8p. Ye-haw.
