Formerly known as Blue on Blue, the decor at Oliverio is worth a mention, with cushioned lounge chairs and elegant seating arrangements. The restaurant, within the Avalon Hotel presents contemporary American cuisine, with Chef Jeffrey Everts constantly experimenting to create exceptional and innovative recipes on the platter.
