Fans of the Japanese cuisine must visit Ume, a quaint bistro where dishes are prepared by non-Japanese staff. There's premium sake, wines and Japanese beer at the sake lounge, but what catches the eye are the amusing cookbooks for waiting patrons. Ebi dumplings, rolls, dragon eggs, tempuras, sashimi and sushi are all found here. Bento boxes are also available comprising a soup, cheese puff, chicken dish, rice and ice-cream. Desserts in the form of sorbets are refreshingly light.
