This arts center is run by the city and features shows of fine arts and crafts on a rotating basis. You will find sculpture, photography, ceramic, multimedia and painting. It often has innovative shows. Recently the center hosted a show called "Euro" in which several artists transformed their own sections of a designated gallery space to their own taste; museum goers were free to watch the art in progress. It also holds workshops of various kinds throughout the year. Admission is free.
