As the name suggests, get a three-day taste of life in Newport Beach: good food and good entertainment. Among the 40 participating restaurants, some are the high-ends that are typically on people's wish list; but Taste of Newport offers small plates for low prices. Although the admission does not include food and beverage, it's a steal—especially considering the series of concerts performed by some of America's most popular bands, such as the B-52's, DEVO, and Sugar Ray. Obtain coupons for the event at participating restaurants. To maximize the Newport experience, spare time for Fashion Island as well.
