It prides itself on never engaging in price wars and not underselling another reputable kite store. In fact, the store encourages folks to patronize their own local shops, if they provide excellent service. If that type of service is not available to people locally, then this place is happy to provide it here. Everyone in the store is genuinely excited about the new kites and kite-related products that are currently available. They are always happy to advise customers on their purchases. Free sport kite lessons are also offered, for both dual-line and quad-line kites but only by appointment.
