Nepheles restaurant took its name from the Greek Goddess of epicurean delights. There's nothing else Greek about the place though! It offers exclusive California style cuisine to its guests. Chef Mark Vassau uses fresh fish, meat and vegetables in all his preparations. Try Spinach Salad for starters, Grilled Orange Chili Rubbed Prawns for main course and ask for your favorite wine to go along with it. And if you happen to be at Nepheles for dinner, don't miss the Chef's Marketbasket – special dishes exclusively made for evening guests. The restaurant can also be booked for private functions and business meetings.
