The 17 bright "red jeeps" are famous around Palm Springs for providing fascinating tours to outdoor sights in the area. Every guide-driver possesses exhaustive knowledge of the desert and is CPR and first-aid certified in case things get wilder than expected. Tours in French, German, Italian and Spanish are available with advance request. Each jeep accommodates up to seven passengers. Tour prices range from $89-$109 per person, depending on type and length of tour selected. Choose the Indian Cultural Adventure or Lost Secrets of the Wild West, among others. Twilight tours are also available.
