Set apart from the main restaurant row on Palm Canyon Drive, this restaurant is not to be missed. Papa Johnny is less often in the kitchen himself these days, but Vince Costa is continuing the tradition of great food. The service is smooth and snappy, the prices moderate, and the drinks well poured. A large, perfect piece of mid-cut salmon covered with a truly memorable marsala and mushroom sauce, then topped with a handful of langostino tails, is occasionally offered as a special. For dessert, an indulgent tiramisu will satisfy any remaining cravings.
