J Six Drinks and Dining is one of the plush fine dining restaurants in Gaslamp which has quick and friendly service. The credit for the success of this restaurant goes to Chef Christian Graves. His main specialty is seafood, he certainly has a flair for it. Recommended delicacies are from the seafood, the sushi-grade tuna carpaccio that is served with a cucumber relish and sea scallops that are perfectly cooked. For the ones with a sweet tooth, the warm date and macadamia nut cake is the perfect end to a perfect meal! Call ahead for hours.
