Jsix seats 175 in an exotic, sensual ambiance. The menu is coastal California cuisine with local produce coupled with seafood flown in from around the world. Their menu includes Squash Risotto, Golden and Crispy Alaskan Halibut, and The Six—with Maine lobster, Dungeness crab and gulf prawns in a light fennel tomato broth. Save room for Strawberry Shortcake. Their sister venue, J6Bar, is on the 4th floor of the adjacent Hotel Solamar surrounding the pool and patio. Try specialty cocktails such as the Kumquat Ginger Caiprinhna while relaxing in this tropical, urban oasis. J6Bar is open daily from 11:30a to midnight.
