Located on Fifth Avenue, MAX lives up to it's name. This restaurant was nominated in 2002 in the 'Best New Restaurant' category. Executive Chef, Roberto Gerbino has designed the menu creatively which includes traditional recipes with a touch of modern flavors. The appetizer menu revolves mostly around seafood and includes fried calamari, shrimp & scallops and maine lobster & dungeness crab cakes. Try the pastas, if you are not really hungry. If you love seafood, then check the MAX specialties that feature fresh lobster and crabs. This place also specializes in steaks and chops. If there is room for more, then indulge in white chocolate creme brulee which is the house specialty to end the magical dining experience.
