Consistently voted the top restaurant in San Francisco by locals, this Embarcadero landmark is definitely a must-see. The California cuisine is creative without being pretentious, and the interior design is both classy and comfortable at Boulevard. The menu is seasonal but always includes fabulous and original concoctions, particularly the seafood entrees. People who cannot afford the $40 entrees should come for lunch or for cocktails, which usually are around $6. Relax, sip a Manhattan and enjoy being one of the elite.
