This rustic country restaurant, just outside of Boulder, could easily reside off some lonesome road outside of Draguignan-it drips with French influences. Couples find themselves seduced by the homey ambience, intimacy and exceptional views. The changing menu has a definite French lean, featuring Wild game Rangout and Sauteed Sweetbread. Be sure to try its award-winning Maryland crab soup. The wine list focuses on some of the more obscure French vineyards.
