Since 1948 this rustic restaurant with its neon script sign along Interstate 70 has been a Colorado dining landmark. The log cabin-like interior is lined with huge picture windows, furnishing stunning views of the Continental Divide. Prime rib is the reigning superstar of the menu. In addition the menu offers other items like buffalo meatloaf, elk medallions, trout and swordfish to name a few. The wine list is both diverse and high-end. The Wednesday night Prime Rib buffet is very popular.
