Beano's, located on Beaver Creek Mountain, is a dining experience you will never forget. The dining room is accessible only by sleigh. The price of dinner includes the price of dashing through the snow in a one-horse open sleigh! Once there, the place does not disappoint either. A warm fire and live music help make this rustic cabin by a snow-covered meadow as cozy as can be. The menu is a feat in itself; appetizers include such elegant offerings as Beet Carpaccio and Veal Baby Back Ribs, and entrees range from Gingerbread-Crusted Colorado Rack of Lamb and Cider-Glazed Free Range Chicken Breast, to Pecan-Crusted Elk (!) Tenderloin and Rotisserie Prime Rib. The expertly assembled wine list has earned the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. See website for menu, children's menu, photos and reservation info.
