'Terra Bistro', situated in the pretty Vail Mountain Lodge & Spa serves sumptuous Mediterranean, Asian and American cuisines. The dishes are well prepared and beautifully presented. Only the season's freshest ingredients are used along with the choicest of spices. They also have an extensive range of wines as well as interesting variety of champagnes. No wonder this elegant diner has been awarded with—the "Distinguished Restaurants of North America" and "Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence" and many other. The dinner starts daily at 6pm.
