Charles Court is a restaurant that speaks for itself, with awards such as the Santé Award for Excellence, Wine Spectator Best of "Award of Excellence", DiRONA Award, Zagat Exceptional Rating and an AAA Four-Diamond restaurant recognition in it's kitty! Phew! One can only imagine the quality and promise of Charles, specializing in American and Colorado's local cuisine. King Salmon served with Anchiote Glaze and San Luis Valley Quinoa is one of the specials on the vast an eclectic menu. The Court also serves up a collection of wines and liquors that are well complemented by the menu. Chef Greg Barnhill makes sure his ingredients are of the freshest quality and are locally or nationally procured to give the diner a delightful gastronomic experience at The Broadmoor.
