Not only is Lake Dillon only a few miles away from some of the best resorts in the world, its also a nature-, and outdoor-lover's haven. Bicyclists can conquer the numerous trails that spread over the impressive mountain backdrop, boaters can glide through the crystal clear water, and wildlife seekers can see a wealth of native life. Although, the town has had a tumultuous history, having to move three times since its incorporation, there's no sign that this gem is going anywhere soon.
