This week-long festival is a toast to the hip-hop culture that took the world by storm. Curious first-timers and ardent fans can fill up the venues for free—entry is on a first come first serve basis. High-energy dance sessions involving experimental as well as tried-and-true techniques, interesting discussions and footloose parties constitute the celebrations, where most of the performances are by local and international culture troupes.
