Fresh seafood with the influences of Asian, Southern US and Latin flavors is the signature of this trendy Washington restaurant. The bright and inviting dining room has an open kitchen in the back and a long bar on one side. DC Coast is sophisticated without being stuffy. Seafood dishes reign here. Of special note is Chef Jeff Tunk's famous Chinese Style Smoked Lobster. Grilled fish is served on jalapeno grits for a Southern/Latin change, and a New Orleans gumbo is packed with shellfish and spicy sausage.
