Cielo, Spanish for "sky," gives patrons the feeling of just that. The tables are covered with white linens, accompanied by white chairs, and have huge windows that overlook the ocean. Established by restaurateur and lauded chef Gordon Ramsay, Cielo is located in the Boca Raton Resort and Club. The menu changes seasonally and includes Ravioli of Muscovy Duck, Fricassée of Celeriac and Wild Mushrooms, Mustard Pear and natural jus; Grilled Ahi Tuna, red onion marmalade and grilled seasonal vegetables; and Grilled Angus Beef Burger, Applewood-Smoked Bacon and Blue Cheese, with Truffle French Fries. Save room for their Rum Panna Cotta, Meyer Lemon Gelée! They also have an interesting and diverse wine list. The Vetro Bar is open Monday through Saturday from noon until midnight, on Sundays 11a-3p, and serves tapas.
