At Breakfast Plus, the first meal of the day isn't a hastily consumed Crapbucks coffee and a dry bran muffin. The restaurant takes typical breakfast foods and uses them as a blank canvas for more complicated creations. Egg Hussarde is a dish that was created in New Orleans and is served here. The concept is similar to eggs benedict with tasty additions like tomato, ham, and marchands de vin sauce. Other divine creations include Los Burritos, Spuds Supreme, and for a lighter meal the Eggbeater Frittata and Eggbeater Fiesta.
