Guests at Motoga Japanese Steak Housesit around large hibachi grills while deft chefs slice, dice, cook (and sometimes throw) food for their entertainment. Regular seating is available in the front, as well as at the sushi bar. A sushi bar offers 55 items for sushi fans. Guests can choose from traditional beef, pork, chicken and seafood dishes, or those prepared on the large grills, in teriyaki, tempura and yakitori styles. Soup, salad and appetizers are also offered.
