Once called the Alley Cat Cafe, this place has had its nips and tucks in all the right places. In it's new avatar, 13 Cafe & Lounge exceeds your expectations and with the official dress code being "rocks & rolexes, silicon and steroids" it's hardly surprising. Cuisine that's eclectic and exotic, spirits that come in all colors and sizes and the nightly live acoustic entertainment are some things to look forward to at 13. Reservations are a must on weekends and they have a strict 21+ policy. So whether it's a seafood platter with your pals or a tit-bit with your date, or you simply want to let you hair down and shake a leg, this is the place. Whoever said 13 was unlucky surely hasn't been here!

The food and service is good. The complaint I had was a cup served to me w/lipstick on it, need to wash better in the kitchen.
