High above the waters of Tampa Bay, this restaurant at the Pier carries on the tradition of excellent service and superior food that has been its reputation since 1905. While listening to music from the piano bar and enjoying panoramic views, begin with imported sangria and Champinones al Jerez, mushrooms sautéed in sherry, garlic and olive oil. For an entrée, try Paella a la Valenciana, a combination of seasoned seafood, pork, chicken, yellow rice, onions, peppers and tomatoes. After dinner, relax with a cup of café con leche.
