Chloe's is a romantic, elegant restaurant with attentive service, located at the Diamond Head Beach Resort on Fort Myers Beach, but you don't have to be a guest to enjoy the fine cuisine. The seafood entrees include Grilled Tuna Steak, basted with soy sauce, and Stuffed Gulf Grouper. The Sunday brunch is also a favorite, serving made-to-order omelets and fresh seafood. Dress ranges from dressy to casual, depending on the mood of the beach clientele. Reservations are recommended; ask for a table by the window to see the glorious sunset.
