Located on one of the most upcoming areas of the city, this innovative restaurant is offering a new concept in food: Japanese and Latin American Fusion. Tiraditos, estiraditos (Japanese inspired Peruvian fish concoctions) and ceviches are served alongside nigiri, sashimi and rolls. It is a very interesting blend and worth sampling, especially the Tuna Tataki with a hint of aji-amarillo sauce, or the Hokkaido Scallops in a blackened tomillo sauce.
