Located in the heart of the Gables, this restaurant offers delicious European-inspired food. The décor helps with the mood: dark woods, crisp white tablecloths, and attentive waiters. Spanish-Mediterranean fare is the norm, and the executive chef succeeds beyond expectation. Combinations of flavors like a purée of green bean with a grilled grouper covered by a slice of procciuto and mushrooms and asparagus with tender scallops are superb. Soups are light, and salads innovative. Do not leaf without trying the desserts, especially the Torrija, a Spanish version of French toast served with Cappuccino ice cream.
