This chic, intimate restaurant is located in the lovely Hotel of South Beach (The) designed by Todd Oldham. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Since its opening, Wish has earned rave reviews from such prestigious publications as Conde Nast Traveler and the Miami Herald. The cuisine could be described as Florribean, Mediterranean, or, were the restaurant located on the Pacific, Pacific Rim. Fresh seafood and poultry are main dishes, usually grilled or seared and served with a creative vegetable side dish.
