Café Boulud is located in the Brazilian Court Hotel in Southern Florida. Its interiror is characterised by soft Mediterraenean colours coupled with French cuisine. The cafe is owned by chef Daniel Boulud, who hails from a family of restauranteurs from France. He brings with him old recepies that have remained in his family for generations. Expect first class service and delicious food. You can visit this plush restaurant cum cafe for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The menu parallels that of its sister restaurant on East 76th Street in New York and reflects the chef's forte: La Tradition, La Saison, Le Potager and Le Voyage. La Tradition highlights classic French dishes. La Saison features courses in harmony with the seasons. Le Potager, named for the French vegetable garden, offers vegetarian dishes. Le Voyage is inspired by Daniel's interpretation of various world cuisines. Reservations taken and recommended up to one month in advance and won't be accepted by fax or e-mail.
