This trendy spot just off City Market walks a strange, fine line between earthiness and pretension. While the exposed brick of the former cotton warehouses walls lend a feel of local authenticity, the modern paintings interspersed seem to usurp the down home ambiance. Thankfully, the menu isn't as fancy as the atmosphere, and features an eclectic array of internationally influenced Southern favorites. Several variations of pan-seared fish are usually available, with a respectable wine list to complement.
