Avanzare is the more casual of two restaurants in the downtown Hyatt Regency hotel. The secret of this great spot, however, is starting to spread to more folks than just Hyatt guests. Tucked neatly away, the dining room offers a quiet escape from the noise and traffic of the business district, while a large saltwater aquarium provides some exotic dinnertime entertainment. Serving Italian fare with a strong northern Italian influence, the kitchen puts out great risottos and a wide variety of robust pastas. Full bar is service available.
