Presented in a family dining setting, this north suburban spot is a diamond in the rough, though well-known among locals. The amazing variety of fish is fresh and served unadorned, allowing the full natural taste to really come through. A number of non-aquatic items like steaks and chicken are also offered, and are presented with similar no-nonsense simplicity. Reservations are not necessary, but even a half hour out of the city, the wait can be long on weekends. A nice bar is on hand for solace during the wait.
