The menu here features a wide variety of Italian classics but is distinctive in its creative touches. There are plenty of seafood options; a tribute to the Hawaiian coast locale. Its location inside the Princeville Resort virtually ensures an elegant dining experience. The interior is enhanced by hand-painted murals and artfully hanging ivy. Persian rugs accent the tile flooring, and lighting is low but warm. Glance out the window and you will see the several cascading waterfalls that gave the restaurant its name.
