Situated in the grand Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa, the Spats Tratorria is the place to visit for some authentic regional Italian food. Worth trying out from their dinner and desserts menu is the Caesar salad, Minestrone soup and antipasti. Also highly recommended are the yummy risotto crab cakes and the various seafood preparations. You can round off your meal with some divine tiramisu and other traditional Italian favorites. The restaurant has a warm, comforting atmosphere and hence is apt for both romantic and family dining.
