Teak tables, an imposing fireplace, hand-carved chairs and elegant accents create a lovely dining experience at this upscale restaurant. Diners enjoy a splendid view of Moloka'i. Signature dishes include the Plantation House Crab Cakes, Famous Scallop Skewers (USD9) and Sauteed Jumbo Prawns (USD21). Fresh catch of the day is prepared in any one of a half-dozen styles. The wine list is comprehensive; each vintage is selected with care. There is also a wonderful selection of specialty cocktails, aperetifs and digestifs.

The Plantation House probably has the best restaurant view on the Island. Located in Kapalua, next to the Plantation Golf Course (home of the Mercedes), this upscale establishment is a great place to take your spouse.
