Entering this restaurant may feel somewhat like entering a modern museum: the furniture, light fixtures, and general decorations all fit within a contemporary theme. The menu, as well, is innovative and superb, with plates like the Sunomono: a choice of octopus, shrimp, or king crab wrapped in cucumber sheet and served with a vinaigrette. The sushi bar is creative and extensive, but be sure to save room for dessert; stick with the theme of the night and try the Fried Banana Spring Roll.
