Cafe Des Architectes is a trendy French brasserie nestled in the lobby of the Sofitel Chicago Water Tower. The plush chairs arranged superbly in a spacious banquet area and pleasant lighting welcome you. The menu is influenced by cuisines from Asia and Latin America, and keeps changing. The cosmopolitan food includes steaks, waffles, pancakes, fish sticks, foie gras and mussels. Cheesecakes and mousses are aplenty.
