The big news about this place is that it is in the historic Waterworks. The restaurant chain Lettuce Entertain You strikes again and this time its target is the sandwich or flat sammie. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts are served in this huge cafe. This concoction, according to Lettuce, is a "multiethnic sandwich served on unique, fresh baked bread." It may be gimmicky, but it is still pretty good. There's a pleasant outdoor seating area where even your dog can get a little snack.
