Brothers Alan and Kevin Shikami combined their last name with Chicago to create the name for Shikago, their latest restaurant. Shikago serves delicious, adventurous and inspired pan-Asian cuisine that is well worth the price. Inside, the restaurant itself is elegant, with a spare, Asian-influenced minimalist aesthetic that combines square wooden tables, a neutral palette, and photographs of enlarged utensils which hang on the walls. The delicious food and simple and inexpensive wine list are what keeps the business crowd coming back for more, as well as the flexibility afforded by separate take-out, bar, and diner menus.
