This turn of the century, former police station is home to a romantic and cozy eatery. Inside, original brick lines the walls of the main dining area. Outside, a shady patio provides seasonal outdoor dining. The menu is innovative and creative. For starters, try the homemade potato chips with warm gorgonzola. The flavor tends to be a salty, but a nice blend. The black bean soup is robust, but the entrees are the stars here. Sea scallops, soft-shell crabs and pork tenderloin are well-prepared. Portions are generous, but leave room for dessert. Service can be erratic, but it is always pleasant.
